Vendors who suit your needs
Buckle up, this will be a long post!
Vendor- A person or company offering something such as goods and services, to businesses or consumers!
Finding a Vendor who suits your needs is very important. You want someone who values the same things as you, someone who's personality meshes well with your own! A lot of times, people wait until the last minute to begin the search for their ideal vendor. This causes them to choose someone that they normally would not choose.
That is why Vendors are constantly saying " Book your Vendors early" so that way you have plenty of time to get to know them, ask questions, meet up, or even zoom call.
It may be a long process to find your "Perfect Match" Vendor. But in the long run you will be incredibly happy that you did so!

Baker
Hairstylist
Makeup Artist
Bartenders
Invitations
Live Artist
Flower Preservers
ETC.
Asking Questions-
Asking your Vendors questions is super important. But I don't mean just the basic questions such as; "What are your prices and packages?" While those are good questions to ask, there should be other determining factors when it comes to choosing a Vendor.
Here are some questions you may consider asking your potential Vendors!
"What do you believe makes you different than your competing Vendors?"
"How would your previous clients rate your customer service, in your opinion?"
"What is your experience with _______ (subject the Vendor is offering)?"
"How does your process work?"
"How would others describe your personality (professional and personal)?"
"Are you easy to reach in the event of having a question or needing help with something?"
Following the previous question - "In the event of needing immediate communication, how should I reach you?"
" Would I be able to make last minute changes/add-ons?" This question is super important because tons of Vendors likely will not be able to accommodate last minute changes!
